Katie holds the Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor award. She lives in Scotland and splits her time between Scotland and the Lake District. She has a BA(Hons) in Outdoor Pursuits Management and has been working in the outdoor industry for over 10 years. Her passion is climbing and loves big mountain multi-pitch routes. She's worked all over the world in places such as Vietnam and Madagascar guiding expeditions.

Kath is a Snowdonia and Scotland based freelance climbing and mountaineering instructor as well as a Senior Instructor at Plas y Brenin. She's climbed and skied all over the world including ascents of the north face of the Eiger, big walls in Yosemite, 4000m summits in the Alps, adventure climbing in Jordan and expedition climbing in Kenya.
